Kandi was already a mogul in her own right and she wasn’t trying to replace Nene but Nene felt threaten by Kandi. In the industry there are positions and there are vacancies. The problem with Nene was timing. As long as Wendy Williams had a talk show that position was already filled for the outgoing, tall, black woman with a sense of humor. I think Nene needs to reflect on all the work she has done in the past and take a leap into being a reality show or talk show director / producer type that also is the star of whatever she directs / produces. Right now she is stuck on trying to work for some director or producer but at her age you have to leap into that director / producer / investor chair if you want to stay on top. That is the only way the industry is going to take her seriously at this point is if she invests / produces / directs her own stuff.

See people are quick to call Nene bitter but when she explains a lot of the things that have gone on behind the scenes the past few years it makes a lot of sense. Viewers have been talking about racial inequity especially in regards to Kim Zolciak for years, but as soon as Nene enacted her lawsuit for unfair conditions and racial tension people were quick to dismiss this simply because they always see Nene as a villain. I think Nene has done a great job being honest but respectful about her views about her former costars and I hope people can see her genuineness in this interview. Love you Nene!
