And if it is possible please explain a little bit more about the timing when Bk Surya Bhai said about the timing when we wake up and before sleep the stages where our concious mind is sleeping and awaking.. or is there anywhere I can inquire about this question..

Om Shanti.. I just want to know.. from my knowledge Bk Surya Bhai said, before you sleep write down 108 times a sentence of your choice and also have a glass of charged water by saying "I AM A SUPRIMLY PURE SOUL".. So my question is should we straight away go to sleep after doing it like straight away or can we do it and than sleep say 2 hours later? Please advise..
