Odd question, but where did you find that odd shaped washer? You mentioned in the bottom of the machine...were you able to fish it out of the tub?

Is Part One worth watching for extra info on my particular washer?

No, I don't think it adds anything to this one.

Hi, did the knock-off pulsator work? I had the same problem just happen to me, so let me know before I order the knock-off. ;-) Thank you for the video. I was about to buy a new washer. Thanks!

Yes, the pulsator is still working. I did have to tighten the bolt recently.

I bought the knock off one probably a year ago. The splines wore out and it already popped off. Wish I would have just bought the actual one.

@@PetesProjects0 Why? New bolt comes with tread lock on it. I assume you used a screwdriver to tighten it. Using 10mm socket is the way to go.

@@samkitty5894 You are absolutely right. Simply did not tighten it properly.

@@PetesProjects0do you tighten it pretty tight? Mines been coming loose I have to tighten. I only tightened it today and may not have tightened it enough and it got loose again after a wash so I’m wondering if I should give it a good crank.

Hi there. I have replaced the pulsator cap with another genuine but find that it’s snagging clothes and causing small holes occasionally Is this just the design or Does this mean I should replace the whole pulsator?
