​@@ismohd87 Sorry to disappoint you. If the hotel is 5 star or is fine dining, there are expected standards to follow. If they can't provide that, they shouldn't charge such massive rates. Half the price is because of the belief that these restaurants would stick on to standards.. In restaurants chefs using seperate spoons to taste and discard it once done. No one licks their hands and uses it to put in other ingredients.

When you charge 5 star rates , the guests expect minimum standard, tasting food by licking hand , and using the same hand for other dishes is not hygienic at all , and the chef doesn't even have a cap. Unless you can't maintain 5 star standards don't charge such massive rates.
