Sorry for your loss young man. I know it’s hard. I lost one of my brothers when he was only 49 back in 2005. I lost one of my good freinds just a few years ago in 2016, who also was only 49. It’s a kick in the gut for sure. Messes with your mind, makes you realize your mortality. Just remember, it’s not the amount of time we get on this earth, it’s how we spend the time we have here. I’ve seen a lot places that I know I’ll never get to while watching your vlogs, thank you for allowing me those experiences! I have many of my own experiences, like a 3 week ride thru the heart of Mexico in 2016. I pray daily to get to experience many more “Crazy Adventures” before I’m called home. But like I always tell everyone before I get in the saddle and head off somewhere, “Don’t worry about me... if something happens-- I know where I’m going-I might have some explaining to do when I get there-But I will get there- and there is no where else I’d rather be than on my bike, when the time comes”. Honestly, my biggest fear is dyeing at my desk at work”. I hate the thought of going that way. However, between now and then, I’m going to do my best to be the guy that when people show up at my funeral, all of them say; “He was one crazy Son of a Gun... Some of the places he went to and some of the things he did, were NUTS-- but setting on the couch-watching tv was never one of them.”

Sorry for your loss William (Billy). It's a painful grumble to lose a friend, especially when you see them as still being young with much ahead of them. Having the time to be there for them, to bring them humor, distraction, conversations of value, is really a great thing for the both of you. May you find comfort, great value and meaning in your relationship.

So sorry for your loss. It’s always hard loosing a close friend. He was such a laid back guy when I meet you guys in Chicago at the motorcycle show. Cherish your memories of your adventures together. Keep riding because that’s what he would want you to do.

Bill, this was a moving video. I didn't know Keith and an early passing is incredibly difficult for the survivors. Living is about picking up the pieces and moving forward, sometimes in new unplanned directions. I am betting he would want you to ride on and get as much out of this life as possible.

I'm sorry for your loss William. I was wondering where you went and obviously you had much more important things on your mind. I often think how fickle and unfair life can be. Your beautiful vlog here reminds me we all take our last breath at some point so we have to love and cherish every second of it. I wish you a calm heart and peace of mind. Keith seemed like a beautiful soul. May he rest in peace.

Dude. I lost my best buddy about 5 years ago. We took a weekend ride to Belgium and Luxemburg, said goodbye and a few days later he apparently decided to go out on his own terms. While I have to respect that, it was difficult to deal with for us loved ones. I was sad, I felt deeply ashamed that I didn’t do more, that I couldn’t do more to ease his suffering, and man: I was so angry. Out of spite I wrote on the inside of his casket that I was really going to enjoy my life damnit. Apart from crying my eyes out and living in a haze for months after he died, I remember not being so afraid anymore. Somehow, his passing and the utter bomb crater filled up with grief and love and joy that he left behind, made all the other difficulties of life seem trivial. If this can happen, and if I can live through it and feel stronger, then what am I so afraid of? Which reminds me. I need to go on that ride around the world. Thanks for this video, William. I got distracted and didn’t realize until later that Keith was ‘that guy’ and it hit me. In a good way. See you on the road.
