The police is the problem, buddy. Judiciary too under Modi Monster is becoming toothless each day but policing is the biggest problem in India. If the police does not register the events, if the police misleads what can the judge/judiciary do? Also, don't forget that 1 out of a 1000 cases reaches this stage, most ordinary people are intimidated or killed by the police so they never reach the High Court. This is not an everyday occurence that an ordinary citizen, despite police barbarity, has the courage to fight for over 6 years and live to reach the High Court. Ordinary people are killed or intimidated by the police.

For divorce make a rule. If a woman wants divorce to a man and living separately or she wants one sided divorce to him. Lawyer should send legal notice and if man doesn't sign within 15 days, court should consider it as a proper legal divorce and court should give proper divorce file to that woman
