If she is Police she didn't identify herself correctly. If she's investigating a crime - what crime, he's just been cleared by two other officers? What is a Police Constable doing out of uniform? Is she CID and if so why is she involving herself with a drone? What is she investigating, no-one has assigned this to her to be investigated, and she's either out of uniform or not on duty...
