So many reviews on this. Nobody actually takes moisture reading before and after. So how do you know if its working or not.

Sorry to say, but the caravan is not a sealed unit, your roof vents are permanently vented, there's gas drop vents by cooker and water heater, and there's air vents in the floor, so while this will absorb a bit of ambient moist air, that moist air will be replaced by the air that comes in/out from the outside world. Just open cupboard doors, drawers, wardrobe and allow air to move around.

A "real" electric humidifier in a space of that size will remove around 1 - 2 litres of water per day. That IS working but so inefficient, it's useless.
