The maximum effective range regarding the AR-15 was or is 460 m. That service rifle must be inspected prior to any deployment into any so-called kill zone or other uses. With one question I would ask the holder of that rifle : did you pass an inspection arms prior to this deployment ? Again that rifle is dependent upon many parts that need to be serviceably cleaned and maintained. Otherwise it may be determined that rifle is unserviceable and or unsafe. And that includes any service weapon of any kind must pass a personal serviceability inspection prior to deployment of any kind. If a serviceability inspection was not conducted you may have reasonable cause to resist the carrier of any unserviceable weapon. If you are within range you may be able to disengage from the carrier of that unserviceable and unsafe condition.

In commun Law jurisdiction (witch is on the lawful side) no man can order an other man with no proof of jurisdiction: - does he clame you, a living man: property. - Does he have a contract with you, a living man in the private or the corporate side. - Does he clame that he can administer property without right. An ''order'' without do compensation is unlawful.
