Just sitting down to dinner when I saw a new video so, your my entertainment while eating dinner. We seldom even see a lightening bug anymore. I guess it is all the pesticides. My local meat market buys from local farmers and "does all the dirty work" on site. I especially love the pork asit is so tender and flavorful. Not like that crap they sell in the big chains that come from who knows where, no flavor at all and never get tender. Pork is my favorite meat. Having chops as we speak. I personally do not think I could keep up with you for one whole day. So, much work to do on a farm. Thnaks for the video....Have a great week!
