Absolutely fabulous.. Enjoyed them all. Can't wait for the test ride. BTW cutting cable ties. Plier type nail clippers cut them flush with the head. Removal. Cut them just under the head and you have a reusable tie for a shorter job. Cut the head off and it's dead.

You’re one of the reasons I ended up buying a classic 500 in chrome, beautiful work, truly a machine to be proud of.

You bugger!!! 😅😅 I needed the reveal so much tonight after a shit day at work getting wet and cold in the rain lol... Boy, did I feel your pain dropping the mudguard.... You kept your composure far better than I would have been able to. So glad you left that in the video so we can all feel a little better about the mishaps we have that make us feel silly, as in reality, our brains tell us no one else could possibly be so silly...😄👍👌

I briefly considered hiding it all but thought you deserved the truth haha You did find the reveal video too I hope? There was a little more swearing too! Thanks for watching, can't rain forever eh

@GlynOC just saw the short 'purple back lit' reveal... but it revealed nothing and of course, I want to see her in daylight, running and a walk around... Sunday atm the moment is the only sunny, dry day, at least here on the south coast...I just want to see it in all its glory, - up close, personal, slowly and with all the detail... Not wanting to lower the tone, and could have been addressed, but does removing the silly exhaust box cause any issues come mot time?

I’ve been enjoying the series, thanks mate! Wee tip, if there’s ever a next time for seat foam sculpting; an electric carving knife is a terrific tool for the job.

Heat shrink solder sleeves/connectors are handy if you need to permanently splice two cables together, as with your rear light and the original plug.

Fantastic work Glynn👍 I noticed when you put the tool kit in, you didn’t have that black rubber clip that holds it in . Cheers 👍

Excellent video Glynn, enjoyed every video very entertaining and very interesting from start to finish 👍. You maybe a newbie to the custom world but you showed what can be achieved with not breaking the bank 👍. Here's to the next build 🍺. See you later mate . Peace out ✌️

Looking at your reconstruction, when you have attached metal clamps onto the tubes(?), it looked like metal to metal when you tightened up, was it? or did you put a bit of "rubber" between? What you might want on your NEW bike is a Sump Guard, ideal to protect the front.
