I think it actually makes sense that you can't unload a copter from a cruiser if you're under a bridge.

Considering what happens here in the plot, this should've been played first after "Spark to Fire" and before "Great Storm". EDIT: Also, Jess' win quote in this mission says: "Drake I owe you one, thank you"
