The moment the old man in the mask said " I'm selling to make a house payment" was the moment he was not in a position to expect strong pricing or dictate terms of comps. Kudos for sticking to your guns in a respectful, composed manner. Love your POVs.

Something I noticed from other people doing these videos, would be interesting to see the asking price added to where you show the sold price. Not sure why these are so addicting to watch/listen to but they are.

Right!?😂 Never buy loose Japanese packs. 😆 Most boxes are mapped, people pull the sr/sar and sell the rest of the packs from the box. Packs are easily weighted and also can be scanned with a metal finder.

Yep 50 is the average for a sealed omega ruby, pokemon black is about 200 sealed. Not really too pricey unless he had the gameboy ones sealed.

"I need it for a house payment." Yeah.... says a scammer. Doesn't even take it out to show. If you're REALLY in that dire need to pay off a HOUSE, you better hustle more and show off the product off from the get go and prove they aren't resealed or FAKE. You can get more else where? Then be on your way. What someone else offers bears no influence on what I'd be comfortable paying.
