Part 3: How to Make a Graduation Shaker Fan with Lights - Putting it Together - Cricut Maker 3 Hack

In this video, I show you how I put together my Custom 3D Shaker Fan using left of Foam Strips to create the frame for my Shadow Box. I make a big mistake using this process when it came to centering my Shadow Box Frame. I chose not to correct this error intentionally so that you would not make the same mistakes. In Part 4 (How to Make a Custom 3D Shaker Centerpiece) I use the Window Foam Method which is my technique of choice.
