Would they have looked at the serial on that Vasy and realized they already graded it and kept the grade?

I have graded serial numbered cards before and had the grade changed

Just shows how subjective Grading is, its crazy. Depending on the grader that day, but I understand the value in them especially the 10s. I just collect raw personally.

So do fans send cards to you for you to send to psa to get graded? Ive heard ot can be a bit of a hassle getting cards graded but i want some of mine graded
