Hi Jonathan ,I pass my part3 test today, watching your videos and buying your online training that was so useful and I even copy your words and the way you deal with your pupil in lesson . 🎉 your online training is useful because it teaches you what to do in your test and in your lesson thanks for your support.

Can confirm after finishing my training last week with a national driving school that most of these 'myths' were conveyed to me as being necessities at one point or another

Unfortunately most PDI’s I talk to tell me the same as you. I’m here to change things and help the next generation of PDI’s by saving them a lot of money and helping them avoid a lot of stress.

Just the answers I wanted. Lots of questionable things on Part 3 which made me wonder what actually happens on the test, and do I need to produce forms/logs etc - not realising that it only applies to Pink Badge holders. Cheers!

Do you really think you can gain as much experience with different scenarios with a couple of students without a pink? I completely respect everyones learning styles and views but for me I could never have felt I had learnt enough without being on a pink. Massive respect to those that pass a part 3 without it 🙌

@@jodygraham7910 you don’t need to gain loads of experience to pass the part 3 test (but of course some experience is needed). The part 3 test is a test of competence, not a test of experience. A driving instructor will gain plenty of experience once qualified. The part 3 test is easy to pass once you understand the competences because you can easily apply these competences to whatever teaching scenarios you encounter. Plenty of people pass without a pink badge. Teaching for free is a great way to prepare for the part 3 test

They scammed so many people, Charging over £1000 for nothing.. And even if you become instructor you ll keep paying them :)..

Hi Jonathan. I'm sure you have come across my ADI training channel kzbin.info/door/D7m3kUn7bCB1jzU1jFPQmA Whilst I fully support your message that many PDI's are given misleading information and false promises (especially from the larger driving schools), I think you are also giving misleading information at the end of this video. Unfortunately, your training videos, like mine, can't be used to count towards the 40 hours needed for a trainee license. Based on conversations I've had with DVSA management, for hours to count, the training must be delivered 'live', be face to face (car, classroom or virtual e.g. Zoom) and must be interactive. You, as the trainer, can't legally validate training hours on the ADI 21T unless you meet these rules. If you have evidence to the contrary, please let me know as it would certainly help my business as well. If I'm correct though, you should re edit and re post this video, otherwise you could get your knuckles seriously wrapped by the Registrar. All the best, Jeff

My video tutorials can count towards 30 of the 40 hours with the cooperation of the sponsoring ADI. You do things your way and I’ll do things my way. I’ve been doing this a long time and I’m here to offer an alternative to the outdated way the ADI training industry operates. A 35% pass rate for Part 3 is pathetic. I’m a disrupter and I don’t care if I ruffle a few feathers along the way. And I couldn’t give a toss about ‘the registrar’. I don’t fear DVSA 😆 They are useless and I have little respect for them!

Cringe is also the word I'd use to describe your videos. Most of the time they're not authentic advice, but excuses to plug your own business. Take this video. These aren't even myths about the Part 3; they're the rules you have to follow when on a trainee licence. So a better title for this video would be "8 things PDI's need to remember if you go on trainee licence".

Just a thought…. if you don’t find value in my advice and don’t appreciate my videos don’t watch them. I speak to PDI’s every day who misunderstand the rules about part 3 training. A lot of PDI’s I speak to deeply regret paying thousands of pounds to a big driving school only to find out the training was poor and they didn’t learn much. The pass rate when using a PDI licence is terrible! In my opinion its much better for a PDI to have independent practice and avoid using a pink badge. I’m here to push my message and save PDI’s from a lot of trouble and help them avoid financial difficulties. And of course I’m telling people about my video tutorials, they are brilliant! Any PDI who doesn’t use them is missing out on an amazing learning resource 🙂🚙

@@BoomInstructorTraining I watched your videos in the hope of getting value from your advice, but instead I got your business shoved in my face. Of course I expect some advertising, but saying "watch/purchase my video tutorials" literally every two minutes is taking the biscuit. Also, just a thought... I couldn't care less about your message, I just want to pass the Part 3. Some people find small schools helpful because of their easy access and more intimate approach, others prefer large schools because they offer security and resources despite the expense. At the end of the day it doesn't matter; we're all in the same industry trying to do the same thing and the sooner that is realised by people like yourself, the industry will be much less political and more harmonious place.
