Yes, agreed. So easy on these engines. The video I followed was perfect. Just took me 3 times longer haha

Congratulations on the successful cam belt change. For a modern car the 500 engine looks nice to work on. At least when you sell it you can rest assured that someone will have a reliable little car. I would imagine you will more then double your money when it sells. Keep up the good work and enjoy learning as you go. The little Citroen c1 is a nice car to work on and they sell easy.

Good video, as a mechanic and enjoying doing cambelts. A little tip i say for people is before refit all the covers etc just turn the engine over by hand (2 turns clockwise) and make sure all lines back up also will feel any issue with timing before you start engine 👌

I haven't heard great things about auto Doc, from other similar channels. parts turn up don't fit or are wrong or even missing!

Yes, I think i was lucky. All fitted perfectly.

Yes I’ve had same problems from them engine mounts for merc and sent 2 different makes one lasted 2 months ! Not happy
