"Tamil literature is completely Vedic in nature" I enjoy listening to your lectures and I have learned a lot from you. I agree with you absolutely with what you said about Tamil literature: "Tamil literature was completely Vedic in nature" The anti-Hindu politicians in Tamil Nadu would not agree with you. They are trying their best to separate the Tamil language from Hinduism and Sanskrit ( de-saffronize in their words) content. That is impossible. They should understand that Tamil literature is mostly Hindu religiously-oriented literature (Shaivism or Vaishnavism etc) If you remove all of them because of their religious content then there will be nothing left in the Tamil language to study. That is a fact.
