sir in question no 12, increase in selling price may not increase in P/v ratio. the reason is- though contribution will increase by increasing the selling price after that, the same increased selling price is going to be divided by contribution. let selling price is 12 and VC is 2 so the contribution will be 12-2= 10, p/v ratio = 120. if selling is increased let it be 20 the contribution will be 20-2=18. p/v ratio is 20/18*100=111. so we can see that the p/v ratio is decreasing.
