Hiiii,,, if the question is what are you buying? In german how we know it's formal or informal,? Du or Sie? In English it's only mentioned "you"

Based on the person you ask. If you are asking to a person who is a friend, or anyone who is younger, then goes "du". In case of formal cases goes "Sie". Afterall, this question will be asked by us or any other person to someone else. So the person who asks the questions decides it.

Hii sir If the subject is ich, du etc we need to add e, st like that, but if the subject is mein, dein etc do we need to add anything to the verb?

Firstly, mein, dein, sein, etc.. are not subjects. They are Possesivartikel, which means they comes with a noun. Eg: Mein Vater,Deine Tasche,etc.. We use the conjugation of third person ( er, sie, es) in such cases.

Is "dein vater" singular? If so, do all singular nouns use "t" in the verb as in "kommt"? Danke :-)

Yes. Father is singular and comes under masculine category. Hence, it always use the conjugation of er/sie/es.
