You got to have a gear! A good friend of mine's donk has stock gears he has the 402 big block stuffed in it with a cam and a slapper one. Soggy on the low end but it would 60 in 1st according to the draggy. He did that motor right but he needs stall and gears bad! To be fair it was his first time out on the engine and the guy who built it told him he would need this.

Awesome job though. I got a 86 monte carlo ss, with a built 355 and built 700r 3200 stall. it runs strong but I think it still need some tuning and then the transmission dosnt shift into overdrive, and also the brakes hardly work at all, but its got new rotors and brakes, and they've been bled but I think its a vaccum issue. Its got a comp cam xr288 solid roller, and I stay in decatur, would you be interested in taking a look at it?
