Hi, we are able to see CPU & RAM info when we are at the first import page, but after we press final submit, then later it doest get seen until we go inside the asset information. please help.

Hello Mate, I am trying to fix this issue, however when i edit the .env to enable debugging and disable the SMTP settings, the changes aren't reflected in the app? They are saved in the .env but the app doesn't give me the debug options. Have you any solutions? Enjoy your videos :)

Change should be imediate but may be try restarting the web server.

@@TekNexSolutions It would appear no matter if i restart the web server, maria db service the debug wont turn on. Strange one.

@@badguybaz740 after editing .env file save it and go to command prompt type this command as follows: cd C:\inetpub\wwwroot\snipe-it php artisan config:clear

It should not be the case. May be try updating your SMTP settings if you are planning to use SMTP.

I got this error LOG.error: ErrorException: Trying to get property 'id' of non-object in /var/www/snipeit/... LOG.error: Trying to get property 'id' of non-object {"userId":1,"exception":{}} I do some troubleshooting but still, this issue occurs can someone help me thanks in advance
