That's a very rusty suspension turret, there's no way I could leave it like that, but perhaps it's a customer's car and time is more important. I'm unsure why you referred to a bolt as 17mm, when all the bolts on a Spitfire are Imperial

Hi. Thanks for commenting..yes that turret has now been fettled. In England from 1972 we went metric.
