Preload your steels to take out dead load deflection, should prevent cracking to existing masonry, you can use folding wedges twixt top of steel and masonry.

Very good work well done.....all I'd say is keep your hedge rather than the wrought iron...just cut it right back....you can do what you like though 👍😁

Nice progress you should be proud of that, great idea to continue the wall as well, most take 2nd course out if its not needed gives you a bit more room for little cost, might be worth using a temporary door if possible as you will be taking materials through try to avoid knocks and scratches that always seems to happen. Well done Harry

how, how do you do this and run a brewery and own the brew shed. are you doing the build yourself?!?! kudos on the hard work. is this the sort of stuff you did before you became a brewer?
