We call it “trade in” here in the states. Trading in your old gear towards new stuff can definitely lower the cost of the new gear. And having good used radios in your store is always beneficial to your customers who might be new to the hobby, offering them a better radio at a cost that is much lower in price than a brand-new unit. 73 de N4LOX
