She needs some media training. She keeps looking at an angle when she talks. No eye contact with the hosts or camera. Seems very young based off her diction and mannerisms. Just needs some polishing.

I agree. I was thinking the same thing. She has a very nice voice yet she hasn't mastered that media training. There was no eye contact, turning at wierd angles, sitting at an odd angle as well. She sighed heavily and couldn't really appropriately answer some of the questions. I believe she is 22 years old, so yes quite young and very inexperienced in her stage presence. Yet at the same time a little braggish.

Maybe she can learn some manners and better communication skills from Beyonce, Rihanna, and Jazmine... because this interview was not it. Off... She didn't pass the vibe check either and I'm never wrong about these things. She barely looked at Garcelle or Adrienne during the interview (that's HELPING HER to gain exposure) especially Garcelle.. but she's mentioning all of these big names. Adrienne is over here literally leaning to her left, like, hellooo, over here. I don't like it.

Unless you are a complete gullible and mindless idiot you do not walk around without any form of judgment. As foolish and as stupid as people can be, no one has gone throughout their entire life and not judged someone, even righteously, at some point in their life. That includes you. So, don't be a hypocrite. Unlike most people, I do not care about what you look like, what you sound like, how much money you make, or your social "status", etc. I care about how you treat me and how you treat others. Based off of your choice of words, you are a fan girl and a bias because I barely judged her "hard" or harshly. Like her, that would speak volumes about your behavioral patterns which most people don't know anything about to go toe to toe with anyone (who does) on because most people don't read. So, don't attempt to go there with me please. There is just judgment and unjust judgment. I judged her based off of facts. I was raised to have manners. Yes ma'am/sir, please, thank you, and that you look someone in the eyes when they are talking to you. She has no manners. That may be stardard for you but basic manners is less than the minimum for me. Yes, I have factored in that she may be shy, like Summer Walker. For that reason, someone may have similar tendencies and I may give them a second chance. Honestly, I haven't watched Summer Walker much either. I may decide, apart from her being shy, the meat of her, the real her is not for me. That is my prerogative. Maeta is a singer. This is still a BUSINESS. This is an interview. If this were an interview somewhere else, she would not get the position due to poor and improper etiquette and what that indicates about her. She is new and is interviewing to gain exposure to maintain and to gain more fans. So singer or server at a bar, I chose not to hire her. That's my prerogative and rightfully so. So, yeah, based off of the impression she gave, I would not want to know her.
