Let’s hear it in the comments! I work part time as a doctor to preserve my own mental health. This allows me to be a better mom. This also just helps me be better human in general to my patients, friends, and community.
Yes, I’m a doctor and yes, I’m also a mom. I also have hobbies and goals that fall outside of these labels. Let’s normalize being multifaceted human beings.

I love this!! I’m about to graduate soon from my Family Nurse Practitioner program in May and I always tell everyone that my dream is to become a SAHM, who works part time, 1-2 days a week, or at least WFH as a person who reviews charts (I find it satisfying, lol) when I become a Mom. I sound crazy when I tell people this. Thank you for letting me know that it is possible ❤

I was talking to a NP yesterday doing part time aesthetics! And she loves it. Patients are probably also very nice. I think that’s what I want to do when I retire 😅
