pushing my breakfast back by a few hours has really helped! i can manage my hunger in the morning better, so if i eat at 11, then have lunch at 2-3, and have dinner at around 6, leaves less time for snacking in the evening which is when my cravings kick in

Except for short people aren't supposed to do intermittent fasting. Our metabolisms are completely different. Intermittent fasting can really mess you up for weight loss as a short person

I have 90% of the symptoms of PCOS. I am severely overweight, and no matter what I do, I can not lose weight. I have tried everything, and it is exhausting and depressing.

My breast milk would be COMPLETELY INSUFFICIENT if I ate like this and my 12 week old would be PISSED. Maybe when he starts eating other foods and breastfeeding together… but salmon salad is not going to make good, rich breast milk for me.😔

I have been walking 10kms 4 times weekly, and God knows this is the best I have felt in years. Even lifting weights and calorie counting didn’t create this form of improvement in my life. Walking is very underrated and it’s the easiest way to lose weight and maintain a healthy amount of muscles.

You are soooooooo freaking beautiful honestly like you're trained and you can tell that you work out and move your body and you skinny enough. Just take it and move with it is what I do and I know body dysmorphia. Also one side note: When you dance you don't allow dysmorphia to get to you because you are busy working out and finding out more about how you can move and in which ways. That is your uniqueness and unlike anyone else. Dancing makes you more beautiful and more accepting of yourself, because it is only you that can move like that. And please don't focus on menmade measures ever brah like 😭💀. We as an individual can make up our own measures and be our most beautiful self, our most healthy self ❤ amen and peace and love
