Ha Ha, your set up reminds me so much of mine as well, except I have a small, totally re-built, camping trailer. Its amazing how much gear we bring to have a little bit of comfort while we're "relaxing". LOL Glad you took some time off and got out. 🎣

Thanks ! Yes there is some big ones in that lake, I caught a 29lb back in my June trip video's :) I got a 28lb Last June my daughter caught 22lb, Just a great get away spot ! thanks for the comment

You got that right! Camara didn't work when i got the biggest one but the one on the seat was nice 18lb I had a 24lb one to , Back in June 29lb last summer 28lb lots of fun to play with my little trout rod lol ! If we stop dreaming we might as well be dead, Thanks for the comment

Don, What a great place to have to relax a few days, how far is the drive for you. Your camping setup is perfect , I’ve enjoyed a trailer, unhook and go explore. A lite weight boat is the ticket. I started with same idea 50 years ago and still love it. Take care , thank you for sharing. Always great videos.

Yes it was awesome ! Only a 4.5hr drive from home & yes i like the little trailer i even take it where i shouldn't sometimes but not hard to turn around & yes nice to be able to have everything you need in a small rig i still get 18mpg on my road trips :) If you seen my Yukon trip last year i love the trails that are less traveled, My camper only weighs 900lbs , I do plan on building a new one now that i have traveled with this i know what i want to do different :)Thanks for the comment"

When you live on the river kinda camping all the time lol, wish i had a nice river by my cabin I'm a little jealous, But yes you always feel like your at work until your gone then you can relax & enjoy the moment ! Thanks for the comment

@@pongkoj2 Yes I have this thing we call live with a lot to do every day KZbin is more than enough for me to keep up with :) It's a full time job I don't need all the other apps or sites, I already spend more time on a computer than I'd like I'm just more outdoorsy :)

Well, I'd say you are certainly eating well out there...I can see Ginger saying, "Is some of that for me!" lol I regret not being able to get myself out for at least one camp out this year, but that's the price of life sometimes. I've been fishing with Zebco reels for about 60 years. That what my father got us when we were kids because it was hard to make them fail.

It was an awesome trip & yup bought my first Zebco 1981 it finally failed 3 years a go with a big fish on the gears fell apart they were metal back then, The one i was using looks the same 1990 model & plastic gears but still going even though my back spin lock failed couple years ago but the rest as you can see works just fine if you keep your fingers away from that spinning crank ! Got me a few times :) Thanks for the comment

Yes some pretty nice ones :) Gopro doesn't give great clarity but the one I laid across the seat at the end was 18lbs The biggest I caught this trip was 24lbs Back in June I caught a 29lb, I usually let the big spawners go back if I hurt them ya gotta keep them :) Take care Mike

Love my closed real with the line i use a lot of reals don't like 50lb test, I have 3 open reals i just use them at different time :) Thanks for the comment"
