Hey Ryan, I've been binge watching your videos the last few days. It's crazy how much I can relate to a lot of the stuff you're saying. I only did state time in California and I'm from Riverside county so I went to wasco reception, and then Centinella which I've heard you mention before. All the emotions you went thru and prison are so similar to me(19 yr old kid from suburbs, never been in a gang thrown into a level 3 California politic yard). Now, listening to you talking about getting out is hitting close to home too and even kinda helping me realize the ways I changed and things like that. Just wanna say thank you bro. This crazy I just lost my best friend from childhood couple weeks ago! People dont realize how that fucks with your head! I also suffered anger issues and still can't be in crowded places I go grocery shopping after midnite at walmart. I changed for the good in other areas of my life. All the groups I took in prison told me to be more assertive in my life so I dont let problems pile up. I think I took assertive and turned it into anger. I'm still suffering today almost 5 yrs later. I also did my time in Wisconsin. Wisconsin prisons must program us to snap on people once released. The more you get back to your normal routine you’ll feel a lot better when my father passed away I missed work for funeral and wake but other than that didn’t really change to sit and think about it. Thinking about it happens on its own with things you’ll see or hear to remind you of them but taking days off to think just gets you in a funk and it’s hard to get out. You learn to deal with it better as more close people pass away I’ve had a lot of close people pass away and more you don’t do anything worse it gets. If there that close you won’t forget the littlest things will remind you in your daily life

Halfway houses can be extremely dangerous. A guy tried to kill another guy with a hammer to the head at the one I stayed at. It was very brutal and surprising the victim didn't die from his injuries
