The tracks "Town 2" and "Town 3" were on a mini-CD release only in Japan called "Final Fantasy VI - Special Tracks". I managed to get my hands on a copy of it back in April of 2022. It was definitely worth picking up.

The last bit of town 3 kind of made me think of the gold saucer from FF7!

Town 3 sounds like it could've been like a moogle village. But I bet they did away with that, made the moogle cave, and used a variation of town 3 for gogos cave. It sounds similar
