These videos are not merely about attention-seeking they're shaping the way young people think about themselves, about each other, and even about relationships.
With creators pushing limits for views and likes on Instagram, this content is more than a fad; it's changing the way we interact and perceive reality.
I will also speak about how this is causing unrealistic expectations, particularly among youth and Students, and how it leads to objectification. The effects are far-reaching, with mental and social consequences extending well into adulthood.
