Sir I have a doubt, You took here H+ ions but how is that possible? We know that fe forms fe2+ after 'loosing 2 electrons' But in Case of hydrogen, you write H+ it means that hydrogen looses 1 electron but... If he do that then he will looses all the shells and then it is no more and atom remain..!! So how is it possible? Please solve my doubt 🥺

Sir , you have explained well still I have doubt in the electrochemical reaction of reduction part of rusting.doubt is 4H is accepting elctrons so reduction takes place of Hydrogen or oxygen.please explain.

sir the Fe2+ goes fron anode to cathode to form Fe3+ but to do it has to loose 1 electron thus 2 electrons will be released as there are 2Fe+2 where do the two electrons go?
