As someone who has watched alot of Lull and recently the Spanish team.. Lull has always been a dirty player. He gets easily frustrated when he gets cooked. Punter had enough, the whole game he was trying to get under his skin then when Punter cooked him again he couldn't take it, so he made a hard foul which was more of a swing of the arm across the chest. A move that you see in wrestling that's called "the clothesline"

Euroleague, Partizan should by no means be punished for the incident at the end. Partizan dominated the entire game, in all aspects of basketball, and it was obvious that Real's players were frustrated and powerless, directly causing the unfortunate provocation that overshadowed their humiliation in front of their own crowd and the eyes of the world. If any of Partizan's players get suspended, it would be unfair, unsportsmanlike and would directly affect the outcome of the competition. It is enough that one of Partizan's best players (Exum) got seriously injured by Yabusele's barbaric move.
