Parts of Florida still reeling from severe flooding

Extreme flooding is causing major problems for portions of southern Florida after some areas saw nearly two feet of rain. Meanwhile, millions in the northeast were under threat for severe weather. NBC News’ Sam Brock has the latest on the extreme weather from coast to coast.
