Thanks, you just covered my keyboard in rust, when you took out the heater!

Good call, yeah some day. I have no air tools
@funnypranker343 жыл бұрын
@@partsandresto they make ones that run off batteries and often pack a bigger punch then the air tools. Milwaukee and dewalt make the most powerful ones and they are like 350 dollars for the dewalt impact gun kit with batteries and a charger. Home Depot got a sale on it every once in awhile. If that’s out of budget harbor freight got one too for a lot less and still will get the job done

My understanding is that none of the Power Wagons came with heaters but dealers could put one in. Also there was a big market for “aftermarket” heaters. My 1950 Power Wagon had an Arvin heater which looks like it was used in something else before it was put in (crooked) and never connected to the coolant. I started working on it but haven’t published any video yet. I repaired the core, it’s a non-pressurized system so it may be ok. I got the fan working but wondering how to run it on 12 volts.

You do a mean trunk. look forward to the rebuild, have one to do myself. Some of that old heater duct may have free asbestos particles. The mouse poop is nasty too.

I enjoyed watching you struggle with that hose clamp. (yes I'm sick that way)

Holy Diver! Dave, you need channel locks on those wire hose clamps, I was in physical pain watching you attack those with the Klien's. Nice work though!

I just started the restoration of my Power Wagon. My heater looks even more infested than yours does. Also I am all freaked out about the potential of asbestos and you put the defroster line up to your face... hahaha looking forward to part 2

Have you become familiar with Robert's Motor Parts? Great source for vintage Chrysler (Dodge Truck) parts. Located in New England.

Google isn't promoting you because you don't have shocked emoji face thumbnails and covid click bait titles, or buy stuff new and cover in brown mud to make it look rusty, and make a whole video of you finding it in a paddy field
