Love the build quality of those cardboard box speakers, that sticky tape is top shelf engineering. And not a cable riser in sight

Some of those are "mad scientist" type designs and some are pretty conventional looking. It would be nice to have a list of parts and measurements of the cabinets or frames so those who wanted to try it, could make something similar or even tweak it. Very cool.

Howard, I've listened to them at Perry's house and they're truly amazing! He's really perfected the open baffle format and this is his third or fourth iteration of it and they blow everything else away. I think the only reason he didn't win was because he didn't have any chance to adjust them for the room.

Not a finished product by most people's standards. I wonder how what the experience of listening to it was like? My way of saying more than wonder what it sounded like or how it sounded. A couple coats of flat black paint would have cleaned up the appearance. I enjoyed seeing it in the raw or as found materials condition.

So much p-poppin and proximity effect on the microphone! Plus background music that covers up what they're saying, I can't hear. What horrible audio quality on a video for audiophiles.
