I am a Chinese who has been to India. What impressed me the most was the issue of land privatization in India. A large amount of land in India belongs to private individuals, which has led to many people having no land and no skills. They can only go to big cities to try their luck and eventually become members of slums. When I was in a taxi in Delhi, many children reached their hands into the car window to beg, which made me very sad. Such a scene is rarely seen in China. Let's talk about the land use situation. In China, all land belongs to the state. In rural areas, land is distributed to each household based on the number of family members. Moreover, the land is cultivated for free. If you don't want to farm, you can lease the land to others and the income belongs to you personally. This solves the basic survival and living problems of low-income farmers. At the same time, many farmers who don't want to farm can lease their land and then go to work in various cities, which also solves the problem of shortage of labor force in cities.

Winning elections in India is the most important thing, and often times the country is driven forward by incorrect ideologies, which is also a national condition that is difficult to change. Just like China decided to reform and open up in the 1980s, there were also opponents at that time, especially villagers whose land was expropriated to establish factories, and the government forced compensation at standard prices. If it were in India, this would be difficult because bargaining was needed.

In the 1980s, China's reform and opening up attracted a large amount of foreign investment despite extreme poverty. Subsequently, with fiscal revenue, the government began to invest in education, cultivating many high-quality workers to meet the needs of foreign enterprises building new factories. However, India always set obstacles to foreign investment. With some foreign investment leaving India every year, job opportunities inevitably decrease and the unemployment rate increases, which is the biggest difference in the treatment of foreign enterprises between the two countries.

In China, it’s considered rude and disrespectful for men to physically grab women, and there's no need for "Women Only" train carriages because it’s generally safe for women to travel freely at any time without harassment. Chinese people are friendly and often enjoy conversing with foreigners, especially if they speak a little English. Both cities and rural areas in China are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Looking at the changes in international exchange rates, it is easy to see that there will be a wave of harvest because of the upcoming US dollar interest rate cut. The continued depreciation of the Indian currency will cause severe inflation and unemployment, and India's state-owned assets will also be snapped up by Western capital. I predict that by the end of 2024, India's domestic commodity prices will rise by more than 10%. India does not have a sufficient industrialization foundation. Unable to cope with the harvest from the financial market, Adani has sold 90% of its control rights. This is a very clear signal, which means that they have smelled the smell and sold early to get a good price. Looking at China again, China has sufficient national reserves and is the world's largest manufacturing country. When other countries' exchange rates are depreciating, only the RMB exchange rate is rising. This is the key point. Remember, 2024 will be the happiest year for India in the next 10 years, because what comes next will be even worse.

I am Vietnamese. Indian civilizations once prospered and were among the leaders in state-building, arts, philosophy, sciences, maths, you name it. Other civilizations modeled themselves after Indian ones, even adopting writing systems and religion. It's incredibly sad to see the utter deterioration of Indian society, seen in the psyche of the people, city management, political strife, everything. British colonialism and modern day exploitation be damned, yes, but a true leader of the people must rise if India is to ever regain its former glory.

I think it would take India at least another 20-30 years before it is at the same development level as China. Once it's society is developed, crime rate will reduce and people will be less stressed about jobs/living and society will be more harmonious and civic minded. At the moment it's very stressful because of it's living conditions and scarcity of jobs for it's huge population as well as government which is more focused on religious fanaticism and nationalism than actual growth and investment in it's citizens.

You can't compare China and India. China's a true superpower both in terms of economy and military. India, on the other hand, is a projecting superpower with nothing to show for it. Its politicians, relationship with the US and the West in general can only be compared to the Philippines. The only thing India has that the Philippines doesn't is its nuclear arsenal. Other than that, the corruption, the colonial mentality and the widespread poverty are literally copies of each other.

Which we are planning next year.. If we talk about this video objective : In india everyone paying high direct tax + for every single goods and services additional indirect taxes. However recently we saw mismanagement of public money (flood's on the cities), bad infrastructure ( many bridges collapsed), many train derailments,, high speed train projects going on since many years, metro projects which not yet completed which started since many years ago etc etc.. However still in media everyday claiming we are top country and many fields defeated China. So we are trying to show reality to fellow country people.. Hope they will understand reality.!!

There is no perfect country in the world, and China and India are no exception. Both countries are choosing the path that suits them, fortunately China has opened up a smooth road, while India is still carrying heavy burdens. China has undergone significant social adjustments, including land reform, cracking down on aristocratic families, improving the status of women, and severely punishing violent crimes. The social reform in India has been hindered by the influence of various state clans and religious cultures, resulting in incomplete progress. Perhaps this is the national situation of the two countries. China has only one ruling party and does not need to consider the opposition of the people, while India often has to compromise in order to win elections.

Those aerial shots of rubbish heaps and poor homeless people was what China looked like 15-20 years ago! The difference between India and China IMO is the Chinese discuss and come up with 10 year goals and set 5 year action plans reviewing it each year! They talk about what they HAVE done and not what they WILL do! Unlike other countries where the leader spends 1/4 of his term (usually the last year) doing nothing but to try and get reelected, China is peddle to the metal all the way! Just imagine if the Chinese and Indians worked together, that'd be 2/5 of the global population!

China started as the poorest country in the world in 1948. As India was colonized by England, China suffered the plunder of the European colonial powers plus Japan beginning with the merciless opium trade by the English and chronic and endemic starvation. The Chinese Communist Revolution rid China of all Imperialists, and adopted the Soviet system of government. India adopted the British parliamentary/capitalist system at the same time.
