I started boxing in my late teens and trained and competed in Muay Thai back in London in my early 20's. I remember very clearly my first training session and I wish i has a heads up on what to expect. SO... I decided to make this video for all those people who want to try Muay Thai but need a bit more information before they turn up at the gym. 😂😅 No I do not Simmo!!! Far too old for all that! 😅 Definitely worth going to the training sessions... they're a good laugh and great fitness while you're away instead of the conventional treadmill and weights. Well I boxed for a few years and then got into Muay Thai in my early 20's and competed back in London. Great fun... met some amazing people in the sport. Very humbling! Travel is great and it's awesome that you are promoting travel and have the privilege to live this lifestyle. I have been slow travelling for over five years. It has opened my eyes in so many new ways, introduced me to wonderful people, good-hearted people and given me some incredible adventures and added different layers of purpose and meaning to my life. But guys, you are taking 24 international flights each year - for what, 4 years? Let's call it 100-150 international flights including connecting flights. Have you put any thought at all into your ethical and carbon footprint? Or the impact of digital nomads and 'influencers' on local communities in the country where you're living? The impact of short-stay travel on local cultures? Or the expense of the lifestyle that you are promoting others to pay for whilst getting kickbacks for having a KZbin channel?
