My tip would be to have a prearranged understanding with your friend/friends over what to do if you feel uncomfortable around a guy. The code I had with my friends was that if one of us was uncomfortable in any way then we would tell the other we needed to go to the bathroom and then go together. Once in the bathroom we could discuss the situation and decide how best to handle it. We usually decided to go to the opposite end of the club/pub/party and stay away from whoever was bothering us. Used to work pretty well. x

I can relate to what you said. I am a man in my mid 30's. I realized parties/drinking and other types of similar social settings are just not my thing. I do not feel comfortable, they are stressful and anxiety/depression inducing or aggravating. I was aware of this in my young/teenage years, but i still tried to do these things, forcing myself in order to "appear normal" to my family/peers. It aggravated my anxiety/depression. Now i only do what i feel like doing. Long walks in parks/nature on my days off from work, driving/riding my motorcycle out of the city, spending time with my family(mom, dad, brother, two dogs). I would like to have a family, but it's difficult for me to find a girl that would understand me. I pray everyday and thank God and Jesus Christ for everything. All the best and God bless you!

Love the video! I will definitely try out some of them, I think especially the one about the lipstick is a really great one! 👄 I always kind of have to play my own mom before I go out. I really make sure my makeup will last and I’m not wearing super uncomfy clothes that I have to tuck into my jeans all the time for example. Because I just knów that after a couple drinks I won’t care about these things at all anymore. And if I just prep everything real well, I don’t have to wake up to unflattering pictures of myself the next morning 😋 There have been days where I just didn’t put on any makeup before having a drink with my friends, so that I wouldn’t go out afterwards. And then, for some reason, I still end up in the club later that night. Without makeup 🙄 So it’s great I now know myself a little bit and that I know how to prepare and protect me from myself 😂 Thaaanks for the amazing video again Freddy, looking forward to next Monday 💖
