It's actually best to level strength last, as each hit on an opponent who still has health grants exp, meaning more damage results in less exp. Optimal leveling would be to max out speed, defense, magic, and then strength. The exception to this is the Fencer/ Industrialist, as you can grind levels out by repeatedly splash attacking the catfish in it's defensive state for easy exp, incentivizing magic.
