Amount of Stocks Taken: Cogger - 4 Zack - 8 Hop - 5 Poppt - 5 Sophist - 5 Nick - 4 Vern - 6 Brent - 9 And, the craziest thing? It makes sense. The Underdogs practice against each other, a lot. As much as they rag on each other, they're all around the same level in a casual environment. Cogger has the least experience, and Zack plays absolutely fearlessly (Crackhead Captain Falcon is a meme of his, after all), so their deviation from the team core makes sense- Cogger just doesn't have very much consistency in 1v1s, and Zack goes for million-to-one chances to brutalize. As for the Party Crashers, they're a lot more scattered because, while they all play Smash, they don't compete with each other on a frequent basis. Most of their competition is in Mario Party, so their skill levels are definitely a bit more scattered. Brent knows what he's doing most of the four of them, Sophist stays calm mostly because he's confident in his friends, and Vernias is really good when he's feeling himself (only noticeably playing poorly when he's shaken or demoralized- one setback usually makes him play worse and just snowball mistakes, but his cheerful optimism can get him through insane odds when it doesn't break). Nick's performance is really the only odd man out . . . until you remember that, while he's a God Gamer(TM) so long as the stakes are low, the man just cannot take pressure, and his opponents were a DK and a Chrom, two characters who just radiate intimidation; they're low-tier, but can easily kill off of one mistake, something both Zack and Hop are famously good at checking for. The man got IRL counterpicked by player order and bad character luck.

Jordan(Poppt1) and Vernius: the one who’s usually pretty good at the game (with a few major screwups along the way.) but becomes the butt of most of the jokes (usually started by Zack or Nick) Jackson(Cogger) and Eevee(Sophist): The funny but unlucky one who loves gaming… but kinda sucks at it compared to their the rest of the crew, usually leading to (or stemming from) terrible luck. And Peter(Hopcat) and Brent(KingOfSkill): the one who’s in the middle of the whole game, and whenever they win it’s ALWAYS in the most random of ways or because someone did something stupid (usually Jackson or Eevee.) And it ALWAYS angers the group “leaders” (Zack/Nick) whenever they get a win through these stupid methods.
