Hi Party Elite! Really enjoying this series so far :) a couple of suggestions: - assign your vendors to specific stalls, you can do this by clicking on individual employees or on the stalls.That way you don’t need as many vendors, I think a lot of your $ is going to vendor salaries - maybe time lapse when you’re spending a long time on little things like fixing the paths, or like the turtle bridge in this episode - you’ll get more donations from guests if the habitats are ‘complete’ and the welfare is really good when you first open the new habitat - don’t worry about spending time clicking through menus! :) that’s part of the game, so no worries! And I like the cute close ups of the animals :)
@PartyElite5 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Solid suggestions =)

A little bridge over the river in the Bison habitat would look great and would mean if they're on the other side to their food they don't have to travel so far for it and the keepers can get to it faster too, maybe even extending the river to split the habitat and then have a couple bridges that you can make look all fancy would be good.

This game is hard. I have been playing mine and OMG you need patience. I had a baby Snow Leopard, so . . . it is worth it to watch them swat at bug and pounce. Also, with the paths, try to align it to a grid, hover over the tip of the path you want to extend and you should be able to lay down square path sections in a straight line.

I 100% agree with focusing on one zoo until you're satisfied with it. It is the *Elite* franchise, after all, not the "put in effort until things are up and running and then ditch it" franchise. Really loving this playthrough. You're very good at summarizing and explaining yourself over the timelapsing, and I find that impressive given I imagine it's mostly recollection of what you were thinking at the time. Solid editing and timing for that as well.

I have been really enjoying the series so far!! I have some suggestions. Sorry there are a lot 😬 1. Make sure your new staff buildings are assigned to workzone north 2. The pronghorn might need different feeders than the bison I’d check on that 3. I would spend some time swapping enrichment items next episode to keep animals entertained 4. The snakes need more hiding places for the layout 5. I would add ambient speakers to the food court and watch tower 6. You can also decorate the walls underground with art so they don’t look as baron 7. With the wolves I would release one pup of each litter with multiple pups so that way you keep a decent sized pack on display. (Switch male and female when possible) 8. You should build a picnic area above ground with picnic tables, cover, and heaters by the wolves and bears 9. I would leave the bison and pronghorn enclosure because when the babies are born you’ll need to increase space. 10. Make sure to keep training your staff so they do their work more efficiently 11. Add benches on the paths so people can sit since the zoo is so large

This is easily the best gameplay of this series. Don't worry about taking your time, or moving things around here and there. It's what I like about the series. :) So many good ideas! And such a beautiful zoo. I wouldn't worry too much about shrinking the buffalo/pronghorn exhibit down. If you end up with a load of bison and pronghorn, by the time you get to the max herd sizes you may need more room. Bison are massive. They need space. If you have one male and 14 females (the most productive setup), then that means you'll have 29 Bison in there after calves are born, if they grow up and you release/adopt them out before the next wave of calves. If you do the same with the pronghorn, that's at least 25. So there's the possibility of over 50 animals if you have the max amount of females (keep the daughters, switch out the males every few years).
@NiciNeko5 жыл бұрын
I found you as a recommendation from a friend and I have watched every Planet Zoo episodes and I really enjoy it. You need to place Keeper Huts closer to your northern work zone so the keepers don't have to run from one end to the other. Please remember that different animals need different feeders. I quite enjoy time-lapses when you build, so I can see your results and we can enjoy watching the animals.

Hey PartyElite. Little comment to tell you i love your content. You keep being worried about being so slow and boring, but i think honestly it's part of my thought about you being the best youtber on planet zoo. This game offers infinite possibilities and you take the time to explore them. Yes, your park is not the most efficient, the quickest out there or whatever but gosh it's beautiful! You play this game like i think it must be played. To be proud of the realisation and you can be proud! I think most of us follow you for this reason, it's slow paced, carefull, utmost enjoyable for the good care of the animals. Keep it on, it's a wonder to see. I'm so in awe of The Eagle Eye. Very cool build. I have one tip regarding staff and workzones. Assign staff rooms and keeper huts that are close to where your employes work. If they have the option of going to facilities far away they might spend ages just walkig there and back. I try and keep keeper huts especially close to habitat entrences. It's really worth reworking the work zones as your zoo grows larger in size. Get mechanics to work on new staff bulidings as well- bigger ones are handy! I vote for a Wolf statue of some sort to remember Nekedra

I like the mix of time-lapse for some serious progress and the conversational/explanatory aspect of normal time as you do stuff around the zoo. I'm happy with time being still for a fair while, especially as the zoo expands as you won't be able to help but have a large amount of stuff to cover and maintain. 1 thing I noticed, the viewing glass for the Bison/Pronghorn seemed to have a setting for changing the glass height/width which might allow for better viewing. Hey Party Elite! New viewer here - I just want to say that I'm just discovering this series and binged on all of the episodes in two days and am really enjoying the series so far. You seem very open to suggestions and encourage people to comment in every episode so, as a new viewer, I'd like to offer this suggestion: I would encourage you, with the next zoo, to think about flow. I think you have a lot of beautiful ingenious ideas (the turtle arc, the dual wolf/bear den views, the 360 degree watchtower) but the zoo has an element of winging it to me. You've expanded very far north while east and west are empty. I think for your next zoo you might benefit greatly from drawing out a rough blueprint of exhibits, habitats, vendors etc and then build one aspect at a time so that we, the viewers, can your vision realized piece-by-piece. Just a suggestion! Once again, really enjoying the series and looking forward to seeing more of this.
