The bearings are the same on the top and bottom, so you’ll need one part number, but order TWO of them:

When the steering stem bearings on a motorcycle are shot, it can feel like you have play in the steering or that the stem doesn’t fit quite right in the frame. In this video, we’ll show you how to replace the steering stem bearings on a motorcycle-- specifically our CRF450R. This is part of a larger build project, so our motorcycle is really just a frame, but the process is the same.
We’ll start by removing the old races and bearings using a couple of nifty tools from Motion Pro. Then, we’ll replace the dust seals, and get the new races and bearings in place. We’ll install the bottom bearings on the stem, slide it into the frame, install the top bearings, and then use a two-step process to tighten the steering nut.

If You apply a little heat to the frame, instlling and removing outer rings could be much easier. Same to a stem and inner ring.
