We’re changing the transmission fluids in our 2015 Polaris RZR 900S in this video from Partzilla.com. We’ll start in the front by draining and replacing the fluid in the front differential of our RZR, and then we’ll move to the rear of the machine and change the transmission fluid. Pay special attention: the front and rear take different fluids. You’ll use Polaris AGL fluid in the rear and Polaris Demand Drive fluid in the front. Thank you for this tutorial. I drained my rear diffy last night after it just started to have trouble shifting into different gears. The fluid was very milky. Glad I caught it on time. I'll be refilling it back tonight. Also doing the front gearbox tomorrow. Thanks again!

I use the polaris oil change kits for my engine but the rear gear case I use lucas 75w90 full synthetic and the front I use mobil 1 atf full synthetic works fine for anybody that was wondering alot of guys on the forums use it also but I love to watch your videos I learned how to check the charging system on my 900s the other day thanks for the help!!

Does anyone know how often you should change brake fluid and radiator? I got everything else changed but couldn’t find any videos on them. Radiator fluid looks clean and brakes feel good for now so idk if it’s even worth messing with now lol

Just pump it dry, the residual isn't enough to worry about.

I use Castrol 5W-50 , S.T.P. Filters 6607 , Mobil 424 in the Front Hilliard Demand Drive , A.T.F. Type F. with 6oz. Of Lucas Oil Stabilizer in the Trans. Gearbox with NEVER a problem !! Just my 2 cents thrown in there !! 😏

Hi John. Did you just empty the pump to "clean it?" Or did you actually run something through it to flush out the front diff oil?

Just empty it, the residual oil left isn't enough to be an issue.

AGL and Demand Drive from Polaris don't come in different weights for this application. They're just specialty fluids that are standard for this model.

These damn bikes though. If you don't do the 195 points of maintenance every other ride, you end up losing an arm and a leg to get parts for it....

But serious question. How far does the hose need to go in? And, what if the trans starts running over with fluid, with maybe a third of what it needs to take? Run it, cycle the gears? No where can I find help, the dealer never calls me back, every time, they say we will have to get back to you...
