Sir, I want to share my observations regarding audience point of view. Mainly Indian films and Hollywood films gives much importance to audience point of view (kind of audience Ego), where as European films doesn't bother much about audience Ego. For example "Life is Beautiful 1997" Italian movie. Where audience root for escape of father and son from concentration camp, but they don't. Still that movie is one of the classics. When film goes on as the wish of audience that may see commercial success, but when writer gives something great more than what audience want that will become classic. P.S. - above mentioned movie is fiction , not biography. Writer has liberty to end film like audience want but he still doesn't.

You are right. Korien films too never been made in the audience point of view but Holly wood and indian movies are investing high and film goers are not that much educated. They want to get fun, they want super heroes so it's happening. Tamil and malayalam slowly getting into reality now
