I have heard having tofu everyday is bad for hormones can you elaborate on this in any coming video

Tofu is a fermented version of soy. It’s better to have it frequently rather than soya. Additionally, eating same food everyday is advisable. No matter if its soya or Dal, tofu or paneer :)
