Just a suggestion after making the sauce and its cooled down you can blend the sauce for making it creamy consistency.

Hi, how to check if your pasta is actually made of suji and not maida. Because there are so many available in market which says different and means different. So please how to check it and be sure 💯

Yes it is a major concern. Always read ingredient list thoroughly. If you see something like semolina flour then it is suji, something like refined flour is maida. I would recommend to try to find a pasta made out of chickpeas rather than suji for more protein.

It could be true as per Ayurveda but I believe for such cuisines like this or many others like Paneer butter masala/ Shahi Paneer/ Malai Kofta etc, adding salt in moderation should be okay. Also, It is not only milk but combination of different food items. :)

60 G in one meal and 66 in another is not much carbs as we can have atleast 200-250 g carbs in a day being on Weightloss. Fat is also the minimal. Omitting oil is saving many calories and fat too, no worries. 😊😊

So what were you expecting. I just want to know. Yes, it’s made with a healthy grain oats and not with Maida but not with whole wheat flour too which has high carbs and gluten than oats. I have made a big batch of sauce so that it can be reused for multiple food preparations. 😊
