My sister received a mail from ALU team in Rwanda and there is one thing I'm not okay with it the fact that payment is done through a portal. ''you will need to make your Place Reservation payment on the Admissions Portal by the deadline communicated with you. Once the Place Reservation is completed, the Community Leadership Grant will be automatically applied to your tuition invoice, and it will reflect on your portal. '' that's the paragraphe. Hello Pascal, you said we have to apply for a particular school before we can be considered for the scholarship and we have to pay the application fee. If I as a person want to apply for scholarships in three different schools does it mean that I’ll pay for their application fees?

If the schools permit you to apply for the scholarships without applying you can go ahead but that is rare. However, there are scholarships you can apply to that is not tied to any particular schools.
