It really is today's standard tbh. Even my shitty uploads have been 1080p 60fps.

Potentially because they don't have the best hardware in the world. Computer stuff is expensive and you don't need the best setup to play it at high quality, but recording it takes a pretty big hit to your performance.

+x10der 4K is still a good idea for people with the internet speed to stream it, even if they don't have a 1080p monitor as it reduces video compression. I have a 1080p monitor yet I watch videos in 4K whenever possible
